Jason Smith was the first recruiter I came across in my research phase that made me feel comfortable. I felt like he wasn't trying to pawn me off to the first situation that could work, rather he looked for a situation in which I would thrive. He is very honest about his experience and doesn't sugar coat it, he told me the negatives and the positives. The positives outweigh the negatives by far; Jeju has been one of the best experiences of my life. My interaction with Jeju ESL Consulting has been fantastic, from the first conversation with Jason to the first week in Korea. Jason and Jimmy both go beyond what is expected of a recruiting agency, Jason picked up the phone on a Sunday morning when I had trouble at the airport. Jimmy went out of his way to help set up my apartment once in Korea. To anyone considering teaching in Korea I have in the past and will continue to in the future promote Jason Smith and Jeju ESL Consulting.
